Please sign this contract along with a deposit of HALF OF TOTAL unless other deposit was arranged by the (Steward's
Productions) Brandon & Brandie Steward. You may also choose to pay the full contracted amount. A signed copy of this
contract will be returned to you upon full payment. This contract is not valid without a deposit. The balance is due one
week prior to your event. (we do not accept personal checks.) The deposit is non refundable.

All Agendas, music requests, Event Profile, Bridal Party Introductions, and wedding Ceremony music selections are to
be completed by the purchaser and transmitted by email to steward20b@gmail.com at least (14 days) prior to the event
date. Please note that this is best to reduce the possibilities for errors. Steward’s Productions ( Brandon and Brandie
Steward) is not is not liable for errors or omissions due to use or misuse of non-standard documentation or
documentation forwarded, or reserved less than 14 days prior to event. I am available to play over the contracted time
only if permission is granted by the banquet facility. Should the event be canceled or this contract be terminated by the
client, advance payment or deposit will be retained by (Steward’s Productions) Brandon Steward or Brandie Steward.
Cancellation of this contract within 30 days of your event date will require full payment of contracted amount, all legal
fees will be at you the client’s expense. All cancellations must be made in writing, emailed or by phone (voice mails will
not be accepted). Performances of these terms are subject to events beyond my control such as inclement weather
mother nature, lose power, breakers, camera error, human error, hard drive error, caters running late, etc.(Steward’s
Productions) Brandon or Brandie Steward will not be held liable. We reserves the right to shut down sound, lights, &
camera should there be any threat of harm to anyone in attendance. Steward’s Productions (Brandon & Brandie
Steward) cannot be held liable for any amount greater than the amount contracted for. Access to electricity required at
outdoor events and indoor events (must be with in a 25 feet distant on a 15-20 amp circuit. I understand that there is
free web posting of my event for my friends family, and the public to promote Steward’s Productions, Brandon, & Brandie
Steward. Access to standard six foot table required for all events. If equipment is damaged by any guest @ the event
the customer signing this contract will be held %100 liable. Location of event must have elevators or ramps to event
room. If we have to use stairs past a few steps there will be a $50.00 per hr extra added to total. If events are outdoors
you (customer) are required to provide a cover (canopy) for his or hers equipment, or must pay $60 extra and we will
provide one. Tipping is at the discretion of the client. With or without the aid of the event planning documentation we
shall attempt to play both purchaser and guest’s music request; however, shall not be held responsible if certain media
selections are played or unavailable as well as audio and video quality of recorded DVD video of event. All services in
this contract will be ready to perform at the start time of the event. No guarantee is made as to arrival time. However we
request that they be permitted at least one hour before the event and one hour after the event for set up and take
down. If we cancel your event a full refund will be refunded to the purchaser only but not more than amount contracted
for, this excludes inclement weather. No performance of the performance shall be recorded, reproduced or transmitted
from the place of the event, in any manner, or any means of any kind. In the absence of a specific written agreement
with Steward’s Productions, Brandon & Brandie Steward relating to and permitted such as recording, reproduction, or
transmission. Pictures and video recording of the event are permitted for the private use of the contracting party only.
Purchaser will not in any manner, either directly or in directly, use for the personal benefit of purchaser, or divulge,
disclose, or communicate in any manner proprietary of Steward’s Productions, Brandon Steward, and Brandie Steward.
Any refunds due to errors will be in our best decision. By signing this contract, either individually, or as an agent or
representative, represents that he or she is eighteen (18) years of age.
